Product
Emitii organises work into spaces, one for each client, project or team. Each space can hold a Board, Tasks, Pulse chat, Posts, Docs & Files, a Schedule and a Timesheet. For the full picture, read about Emitii or browse the features.
Access
Emitii is invite-only. Existing organisations add people by invitation, and new businesses request access.
Security and data
Emitii encrypts everything, including chat, comments, docs, notes and files, isolates each organisation's data and records admin actions in an audit log. The privacy policy has the details.
AI
Emit is the AI assistant inside each space. It reads that space's work, drafts and updates items, and asks for approval before every change. See the AI assistant page.
Getting help
The docs explain each part of Emitii step by step, starting with getting started. For anything else, use the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
- What is Emitii?
- Emitii is a business workspace that brings communication, projects, tasks, documents, and calendars together in one connected workspace.
- What is a space in Emitii?
- A space is the home for one client, project or team. It holds tabs such as Board, Tasks, Pulse, Posts, Docs & Files, Schedule and Timesheet, and admins turn on only the tabs it needs.
- Who is Emitii for?
- Businesses that run several projects at once, often for clients, such as agencies, consultancies, software teams, accounting and audit firms, event companies, nonprofits and small businesses.
- Does Emitii have a mobile app?
- Native mobile apps are coming soon. Today Emitii installs on phones and computers as a web app (PWA) from the browser, with push notifications.
- Does Emitii connect to Google Calendar?
- Yes. My calendar can show your Google Calendar as a read-only overlay beside your Emitii events and assignments.
- Can I import people into Emitii?
- Yes. Admins can import people and directory contacts from CSV.
- How do I get access to Emitii?
- Emitii is invite-only. Ask your organisation's admin for an invitation, or request access through the contact page and the Emitii team sets up a workspace with you.
- How long does it take to hear back after requesting access?
- The Emitii team aims to reply to contact requests within one working day.
- Can I invite clients?
- Yes. Clients can be invited as guests to specific spaces. Guests see only those spaces and the items your team shares, and they talk with the team in Guest Pulse.
- Is my data encrypted?
- Yes. Everything is encrypted, including chat messages, comments, docs, notes and files, at rest and in transit.
- How is my organisation's data kept separate?
- Each organisation's data is kept separate from every other organisation's. Enterprise workspaces can have everything on their own dedicated setup.
- How do people sign in to Emitii?
- With Google, or with an email and a password of at least 10 characters.
- Can I recover deleted items?
- Yes. Deleted cards, to-dos, columns, posts and events go to the space's Trash, where they can be restored for 30 days.
- What can Emitii AI do?
- Inside a space, Emit can answer questions about the work, create and update cards, to-dos, events, posts and docs, log time and generate files such as PDF, Word or Excel into Docs & Files. Developers can also use Emitii from the command line: the Emitii CLI connects your favourite coding agents, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode, to your tasks, docs and timesheets. To see how AI can fit your team's work, contact the Emitii team.
- Does the AI change things without asking?
- No. Emit pauses every change for approval, and every delete needs its own approval.
- Is my data used to train AI models?
- No. Emitii's privacy policy states that customer data is not used for training.
- Who controls access to AI?
- AI is off by default. Once the Emitii team enables it for an organisation, admins turn it on per space and allow or block members.
- Where can I learn how to use Emitii?
- The Emitii docs cover getting started, spaces, tasks and the board, docs and files, schedules, messages, timesheets, the AI assistant and admin settings.
- Can I try Emitii before requesting access?
- Yes. The live demo workspaces let you move cards, tick off tasks and post in chat without signing in, and your changes stay in your browser.
- Who makes Emitii?
- Emitii is made by Gurzu and is presented as Emitii by Gurzu.
